week 1 went well. lost 4 lbs and some inches.
each day it gets easier but also gets harder in the way
of being so good and going to the gym at least an hour
a day 4 days a week and I feel like I should see more results
FASTER!! I know it takes time but it gets frustrating to not
eat the food I like and snack on stuff and then not see my efforts
pay off the way I think I should. But hey 4 lbs a week is actually
really good. That would be about 45 lbs just in the 90 day
challenge!! I hope I don't blow it on the cruise!
Got my fingers crossed.
