SAD DAY =(

Today we had to make a very hard decision.

My Pepper had a hard weekend and today she had a hard time moving around. She looked sad and was not herself. There was no way we could continue to let her be like this. She has been the GREATEST DOG EVER! Everyone that knew her always said what a great dog she was and loved her. So gentle and loving to everyone.

Tony, Lynsie and I held her as she crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. I am heart broken yet know that we made the right decision for her.

NOOOOOO!!!! =(

We just found out that Pepper has Leukemia. We are going to treat it and see what happens. She started her oral chemo today and so far so good she is not vomiting.
She is slowing down and at 14 that makes sense but I think if she can get feeling better and the arthritis does not get worse during this treatment that we may get at best a few more months with our wonderful dog.

I love her so much! <3 She brightens my day - every day. I am so blessed to work from home!
